The Boston Celtics will make it to the finals already

You know the saying if it ain’t broke don’t fix it? That applies perfectly to this year’s Boston Celtics squad.

The Celtics are easy favorites to represent the Eastern Conference in the NBA Finals. With Gordon Hayward and Kyrie Irving returning, Celtics fans will finally be able to see what the organization paid for. I don’t know if the Celtics will break a record for regular season wins, but it will definitely be close.

The Celtics starting 5 could be an all-star roster. Their bench is better than some other team’s starting 5. If the Celtics can be one win away from the Eastern Conference without Kyrie and Hayward, imagine what they can do with them.

So would Anthony Davis be a quality player for the Celtics? Yes. Does Boston need him? No.
