3. Feed the Beast

The New England Patriots need Rob Gronkowski to be dominant. If they want to have any chance of winning, he needs to be involved early on.

With Julian Edelman out, Gronkowski is far and away Tom Brady’s No.1 target. If he is shut down by the Houston Texans defense things will be tough for the Patriots passing game.

I’m expecting Gronkowski to have a great game. I’m predicting that he has over 100 yards and catches his first touchdown of the season.

Week 1 is the most promising and hopeful time in an NFL season. Anything seems possible and all 32 teams are chasing a Super Bowl championship.

The New England Patriots are expected to make it back to the Super Bowl, anything else would be a disappointment. Expectations are always high when you have the greatest quarterback to ever play the game on your team.
