3. Phillip Dorsett

Surprisingly one of the Patriots best receivers this season has been Phillip Dorsett.

With Julian Edelman suspended the Patriots have had to rely on some unorthodox names. May I remind you of Cordarrele Patterson?

Dorsett had a quality game on Sunday. He had 4 catches for 55 yards and a touchdown.

His touchdown catch was amazing. Dorsett fully extended and I don’t know if he was trying to, but Dorsett ended up doing in a somersault.

On his other catches, Dorsett did all the little things. When he caught the ball he always found a way to get the extra yard. Those are the types of things that get you in Tom Brady’s good graces.

Now when Julian Edelman comes back Dorsett’s targets will probably decrease a little, but I think he has earned Tom Brady’s trust.

Hopefully, the New England Patriots can turnaround and secure another victory on Thursday night against the Indianapolis Colts.
