3. Stephen Gostkowski

Let’s give the kicker some love.

As Stephen Gostkowski has gotten older his play has taken a slight dip, but the Patriots kicker had a great game in Week 6.

Gostkowski made all 5 of his field goal attempts including the game winner. If Gostkowski misses one the Patriots may have ended up with another loss on their record.

Kickers only seem to get recognized when they miss a game winner or do something stupid, but Gostkowski played a big role in Sunday night’s victory.

Hopefully, we won’t see Gostkowski shanking kicks any time soon.

Overall Week 6 was a great win for the Patriots. They proved that they aren’t ready to pass the torch quite yet. The Chiefs are a top team in the NFL and have one of the best offenses. The Patriots should be proud that they got the win.

Once again it looks like the New England Patriots dynasty won’t be ending as soon as some people believed.
