3. Terry Rozier

Terry Rozier will be entering the season without a new contract. This isn’t really surprising since the Boston Celtics didn’t offer him a whole lot of money. Now even though I think that Rozier will re-sign with the Celtics, it’s important that he gets off to a fast start.

Rozier took over the NBA in the playoffs. When Kyrie Irving went down Celtics fans thought that there was no way Boston could advance deep in the playoffs. So ending up one win away was pretty awesome.

Rozier took over for Irving and was great. In the playoffs, he averaged 16.5 points, 5.7 assists, and 5.3 rebounds.

It will be interesting to see the type of numbers that Rozier will put up off the bench this season. The Celtics have an amazing group of players and will need to share the wealth. Will Rozier’s numbers suffer with all the talent around him, or will he perform even better?

If Terry Rozier wants to get a nice payday he will have to get off to a hot start this season. All Celtics fans are hoping that he will lead the C’s 2nd unit and will stay in Boston for a long time.
