1. Jeremy Lauzon gets his first

Jeremy Lauzon wasn’t expected to be playing for the Bruins this season, but due to injuries, Bruins fans have gotten to see what he can do this season.

More from Boston Bruins

When Lauzon first got called up I was skeptical but he quickly won me over. Compared to Urho Vaakanainen he looked cool and calm out there in his first game.

Since Brandon Carlo developed an upper-body injury, Lauzon was back in the Bruins lineup. I think it will be a game he doesn’t forget.

Lauzon got his first goal of the season and it will probably be his easiest.

The play started because of great defense by John Moore. Then the Bruins flew up the ice and former Boston Bruin Malcolm Subban misplayed a puck and gave his old team a gift. With the net wide open Lauzon easily scored.

Boston is so deep at defense. They have a ton of great young talent down in Providence and on the NHL roster.

Lauzon has been a surprisingly good player so far this season.
