2. Jaroslav Halak is dominating

The Boston Bruins best goaltender has without a doubt been Jaroslav Halak. At some point, the team will have to consider making him the starter. He has been absolutely phenomenal.

Halak is the best goaltender in the NHL right now. He is 6-1-2 with a 1.77 goals against average and a .945 save percentage. Halak even has 2 shutouts so far this season.

When the Bruins have needed Halak to come up big he has done just that. He has made some big saves and has been the sole reason that the Bruins have won some games.

I think the Bruins need to ride Halak. Tuukka Rask hasn’t had a great start to the season. If Halak continues to play well they would be wasting his skill on the bench.

If Jaroslav Halak continues to play well for the Boston Bruins they will have a good chance at winning the Stanley Cup.
