3. The O-line

The New England Patriots offensive line has a very important job. Protecting Tom Brady might as well be like protecting the president and so far New England’s secret service is doing a poor job.

This was pretty evident in the Patriots Week 10 matchup against the Tennessee Titans. Tom Brady had barely any time to pass the ball and New England was never able to establish the run game.

The offensive line has to keep Brady upright. The 41-year-old quarterback can’t afford to take a bunch of hits. He should be protected like the Mona Lisa.

We already know that Brady can’t throw and catch the ball. With a sub-par group of receivers, Brady needs time to find the open man.

Also the running game will obviously improve if the Patriots offensive line performs better. If Sony Michel has big holes to run through he will be amazing.

The Patriots entered the bye week with a sour taste in their mouth. Hopefully in Week 12 they will return to dominating opposing teams.
