3. Stephon Gilmore

Stephon Gilmore ended the first half of the Patriots season with an awful performance against the Tennessee Titans. Gilmore got absolutely torched by Marcus Mariota and the Titans offense.

Still, Gilmore had a great first half of the season. The game against the Titans was his only bad game of the season.  Gilmore was shutting guys down and was one of the Patriots top players of the season.

If the New England Patriots want to end up with the top spot in the AFC, their defense needs to be top notch. Gilmore and the secondary needs to shut the passing game down.

I think Gilmore will rebound from his awful performance. He has had plenty of time to forget about it.

Next. 3 players to be thankful for in 2018 season. dark

Also, Gilmore will most likely have a great game in New England’s first game back. The New York Jets without Sam Darnold doesn’t exactly scare me. Maybe Gilmore will secure a pick in the first game after the bye.
