2. Be two- dimensional on Offense

One of the main reasons the Chargers beat the Ravens is due to the fact that the Ravens where a run first football team. For most of the game, the Ravens had barely any passing offense. They started airing it out towards the end of the game, and the Chargers secondary cracked.

The Patriots run a much more advanced offense than the Ravens. The running game will play a huge role for New England on Sunday. Handing the ball off to Sony Michel, James White, or Rex Burkhead will play a big part if the Patriots hope to win. The Patriots need to establish the run early, keeping the Chargers defense on its toes.

The Patriots are 9-0 this season when they eclipse 100 yards on the ground and are 2-5 when they don’t. The running game plays a huge role in the success of this team, so expect McDaniels to establish the run early and often.
