5. Torey Krug

There are two players that will always spark a debate between Bruins fans. You either love these guys or hate them. There is no between. One of these guys is Tuukka Rask, but the 5th star on the team this season is Torey Krug.

Now Krug isn’t your average defensemen. Most of his damage is done in the offensive zone and he has been a liability in the past when in the Bruins own zone, but this season was a great one for Krug.

In 64 games this season Krug has 6 goals and 47 assists.

Krug is deadly on the powerplay. He has an amazing shot and also knows exactly where to put the puck for his teammates. He is the quarterback on the man advantage.

This postseason the Bruins will need Krug to be reliable on the defense. They can’t afford to give up any easy goals. If he does this goals will surely come.
