4. The hometown kid

Sean Kuraly has been a lightning rod for the Boston Bruins ever since he joined the NHL roster. As soon as he steps on the ice it seems like the Bruins energy bar is refilled.

This is an interesting series for Kuraly. The Blue Jackets were his hometown team. With his family watching he definitely put on a show.

Kuraly scored a key goal in the 3rd period to give the Boston Bruins a 3-1 lead. It was his 2nd goal of the postseason.

The bottom lines have been great for the Bruins. We were worried about the team’s depth but the Boston Bruins have gotten goals from all over the roster.

As long as Kuraly and the 4th line are able to continue to electrify the Bruins they will have a good chance to win the series and the hometown kid will be playing in the Eastern Conference Finals.
