Kyle Van Noy

A young, mobile quarterback who likes to create plays with his feet?

This smells like one of those classic Kyle Van Noy games.

With athleticism and size, Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen could be a problem for the New England Patriots defense.  In the past, they have had some issues containing these kinds of quarterbacks, but they also didn’t have the athleticism Jamie Collins brings to the table.

The improved play from the linebackers should free up Van Noy as more of the spy in keeping Allen from breaking out of the pocket and making big plays with his feet.  Also, expect the defensive line to create enough pressure to keep Allen on his toes and ready to scramble to make a play.

If that happens consistently, it will play right into the hands of Kyle Van Noy and an opportunistic Patriots defense.

Though Allen has improved throwing the ball, completing 64.1 percent of his passes thus far, going up against this Bill Belichick defense will be a great challenge.  With the secondary solid as it is, there is a good betting chance Josh Allen will be forced into a couple big mistakes.

Kyle Van Noy will be right in the middle of at least one of them.
