The Ugly

An ugly win wouldn’t be complete without some missed opportunities.

The New England Patriots did enough to win, but the offense left some points on the field and did fail to put together some sustained long drives.

More from New England Patriots

While there were positives like Sonny Michel rushing the ball and both N’Keal Harry and Jakobi Meyers making some plays in the passing game, where was James White?

The head scratcher in this game was the lack of targets to the running back.  As good of a weapon as White is catching the ball out of the backfield, there is no excuse not to get him some touches against a team that came into the game a bit suspect when it comes to defending against the screen.

The other ugly in the game was kicker Nick Folk missing two field goals in this game.  That six points almost came into play as the Cowboys were down just four points late into the fourth quarter.
