Tom Brady, QB

The next two weeks are really about Tom Brady.

New England Patriots fans don’t want to think about it, but this really could be the last two regular season games for Brady at Gillette Stadium.

Deep down inside or even at the front of his mind, Brady knows this and will want to show that he still has a little left in the tank for a final Super Bowl run.

At the age of 42, Tom Brady hasn’t been his typical dominant self.  That doesn’t mean he doesn’t have the ability to be elite for a few games.  A lack of weapons, offensive line struggles and his own injury are reasons to explain his ineffectiveness over the past few weeks, but it’s really about Brady’s mental focus.

That mental focus will be challenged against a very good Buffalo Bills defense, which is also a team he has torched in the past.

On Saturday, the old Tom Brady will emerge to help his team clinch another AFC East title.  He’ll do this by getting all his weapons involved, including Mohamed Sanu, who has been quiet the past few weeks.

There will be plays there for N’Keal Harry, the tight ends, as well as the running backs out of the backfield.

Prediction: Tom Brady has a 400-yard passing performance and move past Peyton Manning on the career NFL passing touchdowns leaderboard.
