Kemba Walker

Celtics fans will also be anxious to see how Kemba Walker performs. So far Walker has had a good season but he has had a fair share of injury issues.

More from Boston Celtics

Walker has only played in 50 games this season. He missed a significant amount of time due to knee issues. Walker wasn’t the only one who struggled to play healthy. Boston’s core group of Tatum, Brown, Walker, Marcus Smart and Gordon Hayward have only played 13 games together.

Imagine what they can do now that they are healthy. As a veteran in these unique circumstances, it is likely that Walker will take charge.

Walker was already having a great season. He was averaging 21.2 points, 4.9 assists, and 4.1 rebounds a game.

Now that he has had time to rest it will be interesting to see how Walker performs. Celtics fans are hoping he will dominate and help lead the team on a long playoff run.

There is no doubt that the Celtics will be relying on Walker to be a leader. That is why they brought him here. He has been everything that Kyrie Irving wasn’t.

But now we need to see if Walker can take the C’s farther than Irving ever did or dare I say go all the way. In these unique situations, anything can happen.
