August 9th Boston Celtics vs Magic 5:00 PM

Orlando might be comfortable because they are playing in Disney but I don’t think that will mean a lot. This should be an easy win for the C’s. Boston defeated the Magic in their 2 matchups this season.

Once again Boston will have to worry about stopping guys like Nikola Vucevic and Aaron Gordon.

Vucevic has always been someone that intrigues Celtics fans. Rumors even arose in the past about the C’s trying to acquire him to help out on the boards.

Gordon will be a guy that the C’s have to worry about. His skill set goes beyond the paint.

Besides that, I think the Celtics will do a good job of neutralizing guys like Evan Fournier and Markelle Fultz. Marcus Smart and others should be able to lock them down.

Something that will be important is if we will see Jonathan Isaac back playing. Issac will be entering the bubble but his status is still in question. If he returns he could become a problem for the C’s.

4-2. . . . BOSTON CELTICS

Still, it’s safe to say that the C’s will win and it will likely be by double digits. They have too much talent to lose to a team like Orlando who they have already had success with this season.
