August 13th Celtics vs Wizards TBD

The final game for the Celtics is a crucial one as they want to head into the playoffs on the right foot. Also, it will ensure they have the best chance to try and attain the No.2 seed.

This game got a lot easier due to a recent decision. Davis Bertans decided not to go to Orlando so that is one less player they have to worry about.

The main man they have to watch is Bradley Beal. He is an amazing scorer and has managed to perform at a high level even with John Wall continuing to get injured. This season Beal is averaging 30.5 points a game.

I think the Celtics will end things on a strong note and win a relatively close game. This would bring their record to 6-2. It could be enough but that all depends on how the Raptors do. They will need some help from teams like the 76ers and Nuggets.

Even if the Celtics don’t get the No.2 seed, if they finish the season 6-2 they should be confident headed into the playoffs. Once they get there anything is possible. Especially in such unique circumstances.

Next. Bill Russell still proving his greatness after all these years. dark

Basketball will be back soon and Celtics fans can’t wait to see what Boston can do.
