The Boston Red Sox have the No. 1 farm system in baseball, and it's for good reason. Many will assume those headliners are called up already (Roman Anthony and Marcelo Mayer), but there is so much more.

No. 3 prospect and SS Franklin Arias is dominating in High-A Greenville, batting .317 with an OPS of .800. No. 4 prospect RHP Luis Perales, who's recovering from Tommy John surgery and won't return until 2026, was still one of the fastest progressing prospects in the Red Sox system.

However, more players are coming, and it's a big wave with a mix of proven and unproven players that want a shot at the bigs.

OF Jhostynxon "The Password" Garcia

No. 5 prospect Jhostynxon Garcia, also known as "The Password" due to troubles pronouncing his first name, is another high-rising star in the Red Sox farm system. The best part? He's the closest to making the majors out of the top 5.

A projected future No. 3 prospect after this month is tearing the cover off the ball in AAA Worcester, batting .311, slugging 8 HRs, and 19 RBIs...in just 27 games since his promotion. Just like Blaze Jordan, he's a serious commodity for a call-up, and if not now, it'll be soon. Like, say, the annual September call-ups.

1B/3B Blaze Jordan

Speaking of Blaze Jordan, he's been the hot topic as of late, as he's rising even faster than Garcia. Batting .329 with an OPS of .922 and a slugging percentage of .557, there's no possible doubt in anyone's mind that he'll be on the major league roster, possibly by the end of June or after the deadline. By the way, he's adjusted to AAA this fast; such is a side effect.

RHP Tyler Uberstine

The 26-year-old pitcher just got called up to Worcester not too long ago, but he's adjusting very well, striking out 32 batters in 12 games, while maintaining an 8.7 K/9 and a 2.45 ERA.

The former 19th-round pick for Boston is finding his schtick and could get the surprise call-up this year at some point if the injury-riddled Red Sox rotation gets more injured.
