Week 10 is upon us. Now halfway through the season, some teams are clearly already out of the playoff picture and have their eyes on 2025.

The New Orleans Saints relieved Dennis Allen of his head coaching duties on Monday. This was the second firing of the season, with the New York Jets being the other one.

While certainly others will follow, head coaching rumors have already begun. With fans speculating other coaches to be fired and potential candidates for replacements.

Names like Detroit Lions coordinators Ben Johnson (OC), Aaron Glenn (DC), former Tennessee Titans HC Mike Vrabel, and of course, Bill Belichick will headline these speculations.

The now media mogul, Belichick has had his name tossed around all offseason and even throughout this season. With some fans begging for the 6x Super Bowl winner to take over their teams, will he actually get another chance?

Unlike potential first-time head coaches like Johnson or Glenn, Belichick has plenty of experience. So, with that comes selectivity for himself, but also for opposing teams seeking his employment and power.

Giving Belichick the reins to your franchise is more than just him being a game manager. With him, comes a huge name that will command the locker room, but also one that will demand more power than other head coaches, especially in the front office.

So, the fit for an NFL team must be ideal for both sides, and only time will tell, but with only two interim head coaches at the moment, nobody knows for sure who could be calling the former Patriots head coach.

As it is now clear that some teams, like the Patriots, are battling for the No. 1 overall pick, other teams may fall short in the playoffs or completely miss, and the owner may demand a new face.

So, here are five teams that could be seeking a new head coach and whether or not the fit is right for Belichick.
