The New England Patriots have made some changes following the end of the 2024 season. After parting ways with Jerod Mayo, Mike Vrabel was named the new head coach.

They also added Ryan Cowden to their front office and will be the No. 2 to Eliot Wolf. While there are additional moves expected to be made on the coaching staff, the Pats are losing executive vice president of football business Robyn Glaser, who told the team she plans to resign.

Patriots News: Robyn Glaser Tells Team She Plans to Resign

Glaser is one of the highest-ranking executives in the organization. She's been with the team since 2007, where she served as a senior adviser to ownership and club counsel. Back in 2011, Glaser was elevated to vice president and senior vice president in 2018.

Over her time in New England, Glaser was responsible for all league business and legal relations. This past season, she became a senior adviser to Mayo. She also aided with football department budgets, expenditures, and capital expenses, along with business and technology agreements.

The Pats are entering a new era that is led by Vrabel. While he attempts to lead New England back to where they once were, Glaser won't be a stable voice in the front office. She has been a part of three Super Bowl titles.

Glaser was also applauded for her work off the field, such as charitable foundations and social-justice causes.

The Patriots will be experiencing a ton of change this offseason. They will come along the coaching staff and roster. This organization has nine total draft picks in the 2025 NFL Draft and will have around $120 million in cap space.

More transactions are set to go down over the next couple of weeks, with the postseason already in the Divisional Round.
