There’s no love lost between New England Patriots fans and young cornerback Jack Jones. The 26-year-old Jones was drafted in the fourth round of the 2022 NFL Draft by the Pats and spent the first year and some change with the organization.

However, the Pats moved on from the former Arizona State cornerback last November. But he was signed a day later by the Las Vegas Raiders, where Jones took a shot at Bill Belichick on social media saying that it “feels good to be with the best coach in America” talking about Antonio Pierce.

Patriots fans took exception to Jones making that statement, which led to the two sides feuding on social media. Well, that feud was re-ignited over the weekend as Jones was defending Mac Jones, who was traded by the Patriots last month to the Jacksonville Jaguars.

In a series of tweets from the former Patriots cornerback, Jones said “They said Mac look happier in Jax lol it was NE it wasn’t bill NE fans.”

That tweet caught the attention of Patriots fans and media, which led to Jack Jones tweeting this on Saturday.

“One day yall love mac the next day yall hate him.” Jones continued by saying that Patriots fans acted similarly towards him, but Raiders fans have stood by him and he has nothing but good things to say about them.

The former Patriots cornerback didn’t see an issue with what he said on Twitter as he said “cry me a river” in response to the media who cover the team.

Even though Jones is on a brand new team, it’s clear that he still has some feelings about the Patriots organization. The Raiders and Patriots don’t play each other in 2024, but you must believe that New England fans will be keeping tabs on Jones in Las Vegas.
