Jayden Daniels Makes Bold Prediction About Replacing Tom Brady
The NFL Draft is officially less than a month away and the New England Patriots own the No. 3 overall pick. With Mac Jones shipped out of town and New England signing Jacoby Brissett to a one-year deal, they need a franchise quarterback.
Caleb Williams will likely go first overall to the Chicago Bears so that will leave Jayden Daniels, Drake Maye, and J.J. McCarthy available.
Daniels is a name that has been linked to the Pats and he isn't shying away from the potential selection. Daniels had his Pro Day on Mar. 27 and spoke with the Boston Globe. He expressed his confidence when he was asked if he could deal with the potential pressure of replacing Tom Brady in New England.
"I played in Death Valley after Joe Burrow. I feel like I’m ready for anything. I’m a game-changer at the quarterback position. That’s what I can bring to that franchise," Daniels told the Boston Globe.
