Former Patriots QB Tom Brady left New England in March 2020 after playing 20 seasons with the organization. During that infamous run, he won six Super Bowl titles and helped build a dynasty with the Pats.

After leaving New England, he joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2020, playing three seasons with the team, winning Super Bowl LV over the Kansas City Chiefs.

Since stepping away from the game, Brady received a massive 10-year, $375 million contract with FOX in 2022, taking over as the lead game analyst for the network.

Now as we approach the 2024 regular season, Brady was given his first broadcasting assignment and it's an exciting matchup.

Patriots News: Tom Brady Will Be Calling Cleveland vs. Dallas in Week 1

The NFL announced that the Dallas Cowboys travel to square off against the Cleveland Browns on Sept. 8 at 4:25 p.m. ET on FOX.

Brady will be in the booth making his debut as a FOX Sports lead analyst.

This matchup will be featured on America's Game of the Week on FOX, with Kevin Burkhardt joining Brady in the booth.

Brady's first game as a broadcaster features two talented teams that suffered disappointing losses in the postseason in 2023.

Cleveland went 11-6 and locked down the fifth seed in the AFC in 2023. The Browns ended up falling to the Houston Texans in Super Wild Card Weekend.

As for the Cowboys, they were 12-5 for the third straight year. Unfortunately for them, Dallas lost to the Green Bay Packers at home in the Wild Card Round.

This is a great matchup to kick off the season and will certainly draw a bunch of eyeballs, especially with Brady calling the game for 'America's Team'.
