New England Patriots tight end Martellus Bennett admires Tom Brady, but there is one thing Bennett does not like about his new quarterback.

When you catch three touchdown passes, you are going to get some kind of reaction from Tom Brady.  But Patriots tight end Martellus Bennett wasn’t prepared for the aggressive nature of Brady’s headbutts.

"“I was not prepared for [the headbutts]! I was like, oh (expletive),” Bennett said via NESN.com."

In fact, Bennett is not a fan of the headbutts that Brady is usually seen giving to Rob Gronkowski or any other receiver who catches a touchdown pass.  Bennett better get use to it because he is destined to catch a lot more touchdowns through out the season.

"“I told [Brady], I was like, ‘Bro, you might need to stop on that one.’ I did not expect that,” Bennett said. “When he hit me twice, ooh (expletive)! He was like, ‘Yeah!’ Boom. ‘Yeah!’ Boom. ‘All right, all right.’ He caught me off guard.”"

Needless to say, Brady was a little softer with his headbutts on the second and third touchdown Bennett caught.  But, if the tight end continues producing the way he has so far in the season, it may be tough for Brady to control his excitement.

So Martellus, you may have to add some padding to that helmet.

Eifert out:  According to the Dayton Daily News, the Patriots won’t have to worry about defending Cincinnati Bengals tight end Tyler Eifert.  The tight end will miss his sixth consecutive game on Sunday due to an injury he suffered to his back Oct 3.  Eifert did make a brief appearance at practice Friday, but was limited in his participation.

The Nature Boy:  Even wrestling icon Ric Flair loves Tom Brady.  The Nature Boy recently told SI.com that he has a “man crush” on the New England Patriots quarterback.  While others love to hate the NFL superstar, Flair has nothing but love.

"“I’ll admit it,” Flair admitted. “I have a man crush on Tom Brady.“Everybody loves to hate Tom Brady, but I love to love him. He is the best. He is so damn good. I wouldn’t be surprised if they win their fifth ring this year.”"

It’s not just admiration from afar, the two legends met this past February during the University of Michigan football’s signing day.  Flair got to hang out with Brady a bit and was pretty impressed.

"“His first time back this past Sunday—406 yards?” Flair continued. “That’s pretty insane. I met him at Harbaugh’s recruiting deal, and someone asked if I wanted to meet Brady, but I didn’t know him and thought he may not be overwhelmed with the ‘Nature Boy.’ He actually asked me for a picture, and he couldn’t have been nicer.”"

Apparently, Ric Flair has a love for all Boston sports. He also mentioned that he has a friendship with Boston Bruins great Bobby Orr.
