New England Patriots: Tom Brady fed up with media
By Sam Minton
For the first time in a long time, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady abruptly ended a press conference on Saturday after reporters questioned Alex Guerrero’s role in Julian Edelman’s suspension.
The New England Patriots get more and more interesting by the day. This summer the divide between Tom Brady’s business partner and trainer Alex Guerrero, and the New England Patriots continued to grow. It seems like things won’t be getting better any time soon.
Brady was answering questions on Saturday and was asked for his thoughts on Alex Guerrero’s possible role in Julian Edelman’s suspension. A pretty normal question seeing that Edelman trains at the TB12 facility, but Brady was not pleased. He said that the question was ridiculous, got his belongings, and left for the locker room.
Brady is in a tough situation. he has to be a good teammate, while also being a PR person for his business. He can’t say it is all Edelman’s fault, but can’t put all the blame on Guerrero.

I was kind of stunned to see Brady walk off. The question wasn’t out of nowhere. It’s not really controversial. As soon as the news of Edelman’s suspension came out people were hypothesizing that Guerrero may have played a role. This wouldn’t be Guerrero’s first time getting caught for breaking the rules.
Brady seemed generally surprised by the questions. What were you thinking Tom? Of course someone is going to ask if your guru may have given Edelman some illegal substances.
TB12 and Tom Brady
This is just another instance of Brady’s personal life affecting his professional life. Last season the Guerrero controversy began, and now it seems to be heating up once more.
Brady is a team player, he has taken pay cuts to help the Patriots make moves. Saturday’s antics seem like the first time that Brady was more concerned with his business than his team. He went out of his way to make sure that no one could question his beloved Alex.
The New England Patriots offseason keeps getting weirder and weirder. There aren’t a lot of questions about the Patriots performance on the field, but off the field, the Patriots are causing fans to ask what the hell is going on?
