Sony Michel

New England Patriots fans have been waiting to see Sony Michel play ever since he was drafted. With Dion Lewis leaving for the Tennesee Titans, Michel looked to be his replacement.

Unfortunately, Michel ended up getting injured and has yet to suit up for the Patriots. The Sony Michel hype train was derailed for a moment, but now Michel seems to be ready to play.

On Thursday I hope to see Michel get some playing time. He needs to get used to NFL defenses and also get his feet under him after being injured.

If Michel plays a few drives and looks great I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets a ton of playing time in week 1. Michel has some great speed but is still a powerful back. Also, Michel can catch the ball out of the backfield. That is music to Tom Brady and the New England Patriots ears.

Hopefully, we will finally see what we paid for back in April.
