The New England Patriots have an important matchup in week 2. They are going up against the Jacksonville Jaguars in a rematch of the AFC Championship game.

The New England Patriots started their season off with a win like everyone expected. They showed that they were the dominant team on both sides of the ball.

The score may have been 27-20, but the game wasn’t that close. The Patriots took their foot off the gas pedal in the second half. They can’t do that in week 2.

The Jacksonville Jaguars are definitely a tough opponent. They have an amazing defense and a great running back in Leonard Fournette (whose status is unknown for Sunday’s game).

So lets put our prediction caps on and take a look in our magic ball and look at 3 bold predictions for the week 2 matchup.

1. Rob Gronkowski will have over 150 receiving yards.

Jalen Ramsey loves to talk. If the Jaguars corner has an opinion on something he will definitely let you know about it.

Ramsey threw some shade at Rob Gronkowski saying that he wasn’t really that good. Now everyone has a right to their own opinion, but Ramsey is wrong. Gronkowski is great.

In Week 1 Gronk had 7 catches for 123 yards and a touchdown. He was an absolute beast who couldn’t be contained.

With Gronkowski going up against the trash talker I expect him to have a chip on his shoulder and have a great game. There will definitely be at least one Gronk Spike before the game is over.

Hopefully, Gronk will dominate the Jaguars secondary and show how amazing he is.
