The New England Patriots struggled once again in Week 3. It may be time for Patriots fans to start getting a little nervous.

The New England Patriots played horribly on Sunday night. There is no other way to put it.

The offense was terrible, the defense was terrible, the special teams were terrible. Even the coaching was terrible.

Sunday night was one of the worst games that the Patriots have played in recent history.

The Patriots clearly have a ton of work to do. If they want to get back to the Super Bowl they are going to need to do a complete 180.

Now the Patriots are facing an uphill battle thanks to Julian Edelman being out, but now I’m not so sure he will fix the problem. The Patriots offense isn’t a quick fix. They need a lot of work in multiple areas.

Now do I think the Patriots can still make the playoffs? No doubt, but the dream of another Super Bowl win seems rather far-fetched

The Patriots need to take a major look in the mirror and realize that they aren’t as mighty as they once were. They are no longer the kings of the AFC.
