COLUMBUS, OH – APRIL 5: Artemi Panarin #9  (Photo by Kirk Irwin/Getty Images) /

1. Artemi Panarin

Artemi Panarin has been a player that has been linked to the Boston Bruins the entire offseason. Panarin is in the last season of his contract and the Bruins could use his services.

More from Boston Bruins

Panarin is great in the opponent’s zone. He is the leading scorer on the Colombus Blue Jackets with 5 goals and 10 assists. He would be perfect in Boston.

David Krejci would finally have the great winger that he needs. No offense to Jake DeBrusk, but Panarin is on a whole other level. He is coming off the best season of his career scoring 27 goals and 55 assists.

Panarin would make Krejci a better player and probably give him more opportunities to put the puck in the net. Panarin is a great stickhandler and should open up the ice for Krejci.

The Bruins may be able to get Panarin at a discount since he isn’t guaranteed to stay with the B’s. Still, the B’s would probably have to give up a prospect and a draft pick or more likely a current NHL player like Jake Debrusk or Danton Heinen as well as a draft pick.

As much as I would hate giving up DeBrusk, Panarin is a great player.
