3. Jaroslav Halak bounces back

With Tuukka Rask taking a leave of absence from the team, the Bruins need Jaroslav Halak to perform well. he did just that on Saturday night.

Halak had an amazing game stopping 40 shots. He saved a majority of those in the first period.

The Bruins need Halak to continue to play as he did on Saturday night. After his terrible performance against the Vancouver Canucks, I thought the Bruins were going to be in trouble. Thankfully Halak bounced back like a true veteran.

With the Bruins so thin at goalie right now I think we will see Halak again on Sunday. I don’t know if I want Dan Vladar’s first game to be against the Vegas Golden Knights.

Next. Lots of questions surrounding Tuukka Rask. dark

Hopefully the Boston Bruins will continue to light the lamp on Sunday night and make it an easy game for whoever ends up in between the pipes. I know I wouldn’t mind seeing another 5 goal game.
