2. Tom Brady

The New England Patriots need Tom Brady to be better. When you are the G.O.A.T. you have very high standards.

Brady has had some good games. He dominated the Indianapolis Colts and Kansas City Chiefs defense but has struggled mightily at times.

Brady has thrown some uncharacteristic passes and made poor decisions. There have been plenty of times where Brady missed a wide open receiver.

Like Rob Gronkowski, I think Brady will benefit from the bye. He can rest and get ready for an important 2nd half of the season.

If the Patriots want to have home-field advantage throughout the playoffs they need Brady at the top of his game. They can’t afford to lose at this point.

So let’s hope that Tom Brady comes back after the bye week ready to destroy the rest of the NFL. The Patriots need him to play great if they want to have a chance to win the Super Bowl.
