4. Antonio Brown would help out the rest of the offense

If the New England Patriots were able to acquire Antonio Brown he would help out the entire offense.

Brown is someone that the defense constantly has to pay attention to. It’s hard to have a single guy lock him down. Usually, it takes some great defensive schemes to keep Brown in check.

This would mean that Julian Edelman would be facing lesser talent. Opposing defense’s No.1 corner would have to watch over Brown like a hawk. Edelman should be able to take advantage of these situations.

Also if Rob Gronkowski sticks around this should help him out as well. The tight end has struggled to get open so taking a back seat to Brown wouldn’t be a bad idea.

Finally, when you have a great passing game it opens up the running game. Sony Michel would be able to take advantage of fewer men being in the box and stampede over defenses.
