The Boston Bruins dominated the Minnesota Wild on Tuesday night in one of the weirdest games of the entire season.

2019 must be the year of the Boston Bruins. The team maintained their undefeated record by defeating the Minnesota Wild 4-0 on Tuesday night.

Boston completely dominated the Wild. Once the Bruins scored the floodgates opened. Boston deserved the win.

The Bruins did get some help and it was actually from their fiercest rival. The Wild had issues getting out of Montreal on Monday night and didn’t get into Boston until 3 in the morning. You could sense that the Wild were tired. Once the Bruins got ahead it was a lot of boring hockey, Minnesota had no fight in them.

That is just life in the NHL. Sometimes you have to play back to backs and sometimes you get a break and spend some time at home. Even though there isn’t a lot of games the NHL schedule can be brutal.

But it doesn’t matter, a win is a win and the Boston Bruins are racking them up. They continue to climb up the standings and are now only 2 points behind 2nd place. It will be hard to reach the top, but I think Boston could enter the All-Star break 2nd in the Eastern Conference.

Things are definitely on the up and up for the Boston Bruins. It is hard to ask for any more from this squad.

So here are 5 takeaways from the Bruins great win over the Minnesota Wild.
