Boston Bruins: No matter what Tuukka Rask is Conn Smyth winner
By Sam Minton
Tuukka Rask has played phenomenal this postseason and will without a doubt be the Conn Smyth winner whether or not the Boston Bruins win.
There is no denying that the Boston Bruins best player this postseason has been Tuukka Rask. Whatever the Bruins have asked from him he has done.
Rask has made some insane saves. If he struggled even just a little bit the Bruins wouldn’t have made it to the Stanley Cup Finals.

Rask’s stats almost looked made up. They are that amazing. in 23 games Rask has a save percentage of .938 and and a goals against average of 1.93. Rask also has two shutouts this postseason.
Especially in the Stanley Cup Finals, Rask has looked great. he has had 25 saves or more in 4 games. The Blues have tested Rask and nothing is phasing the goaltender.
Rask has played so well that no matter who wins Game 7, he will get the Conn Smyth Trophy. No player deserves it more than Tuukka Rask.
Over his career in Boston, Rask has had to deal with a crazy fan base. The fact that people thought Rask was a bad goaltender is insane.
He was always being compared to Tim Thomas even though Rask is a much better goaltender. Fans always held Thomas’ Stanley Cup over Rask’s head.
If Tuukka Rask is able to win a Stanley Cup and a Conn Smyth Trophy he holds all the cards as David Price likes to say. There is no way that you can complain about Rask if the Bruins win Game 7.
All of Boston is on their edge of their seats. We are anxiously waiting for the start of Game 7 to see if our beloved Bruins will win the Stanley Cup. If Tuukka Rask continues to play like he has this postseason there is a good chance that we will see the B’s lifting the trophy on Wednesday night.
