1.    WR Phillip Dorsett

The hottest hot seat of 2019 goes to wide receiver Phillip Dorsett.

Here, we agree with Bleacher Report in naming Dorsett due to the lack of wide receiver guarantees going into the season.  With Julian Edelman and first-round pick N’Keal Harry as the only locks at the position, Dorsett would appear to have the inside track due to his experience in the season the last two season.

His one-year, $2.6 million deal, however, does not guarantee even a roster spot for the Miami product.  With Demaryius Thomas, Dontrelle Inman, Braxton Berrios, Maurice Harris and possibly a reinstated Josh Gordon in the mix, this summer could be the last chance Phillip Dorsett gets to prove he is a valuable NFL receiver.

In all, it’s definitely a make-or-break season for the fifth-year receiver out of the University of Miami.  A former first-round pick of the Indianapolis Colts, Dorsett has yet to hit his stride in the NFL. He has shown glimpses with the New England Patriots, but in 2019 the heat will really be on Phillip Dorsett.

Will he lit a fire on the field or will he burn himself off the roster?
