Antonio Brown

The New England Patriots took a giant risk in acquiring Antonio Brown. The team didn’t need another wide receiver. They would have been just fine with Josh Gordon, Julian Edelman, and Phillip Dorsett.

Dorsett was amazing in Week 1. He had 2 touchdown catches and was the Patriots leading receiver. Now Dorsett is at best the Patriots No.4 option at wideout.

Brown has already caused some distractions off of the field, but Sunday was Brown’s first chance to prove he still has the skills on the field.

Now there is no doubt that Brown’s antics off the field are quite annoying but his play on the field is amazing.

Tom Brady made sure to find Brown right away and the duo was connecting right away. Brown finished the day with 4 catches for 56 yards and a touchdown.

It looks like Antonio Brown is still one of the leagues best wide receivers and he will cause lots of problems for opposing defenses.
