New England Patriots: Fans will get to see Rob Gronkowski on Sundays
By Sam Minton
It looks like Rob Gronkowski is ready to return to football life as the former New England Patriots tight end is headed to FOX Sports.
Ever since Rob Gronkowski retired New England Patriots fans were hoping he would come back to the team. His latest business venture seems to prove that won’t be happening.
Gronk has already gotten involved with the CBD business which could make a return to the NFL difficult but Gronkowski also seems at peace.

There is definitely a part of him that does miss football but he doesn’t miss all the pain the game brought him. A perfect way to scratch that football itch is to talk about the game on TV.
FOX Sports announced that Gronkowski will join the broadcast team for Thursday and Sunday night games. Coincidentally his first game will be on Thursday in New England as the Patriots face the New York Giants.
Honestly, I think this will be great television. I don’t know if Gronkowski will be giving hard-hitting analysis but he will definitely bring some entertainment to the broadcast. This is Mr. “Yo soy fiesta” we are talking about.
If you were a Patriots fan holding out hope that Rob Gronkowski was going to return to the team I have some bad news for you. It seems like Gronk is actually happy without football. This move to TV was the final blow at any chance of a return.
So Rob Gronkowski is definitely giving fans a reason to watch FOX’s NFL programming. It’s the only way Patriots fans will get a chance to see him doing something football-related.
It will be interesting to see if FOX Sports lets Gronkowski run wild or if we will see almost the same guy that we saw in New England. Gronk off the leash of Bill Belichick could have some interesting comments.
Gronkowski will definitely be able to give a glimpse of what life in New England is like for a player which could lead to some interesting conversations. Fox Sports was smart to pick up the hilarious personality who will surely drive up ratings.
