The Boston Bruins continue to dominate the NHL and put on a show against the New York Rangers on Sunday night.

It seems like the teams of New England just know how to dominate the opposition. The Boston Bruins and the New England Patriots destroy their opponents.

This has been an amazing start to the season for the Bruins. After their first 10 games, they are 8-1-2. With the slate of road games Boston had to start the season you can’t ask for a better start.

Now there were plenty of reasons to be happy about the Bruins performance on Sunday night. The power play looked great. Jaroslav Halak was a suitable backup even though he didn’t exactly have his best night.

The scoreboard didn’t do the Bruins justice. They had this game in the bag since the middle of the 2nd period.

Still, Boston ran into some problems on Sunday night. Par Lindholm ended up leaving the game due to an upper-body injury and he would not return.

We saw last season how much injuries can impact a season. At points it seemed like everyone on the Bruins was injured. Hopefully, this doesn’t happen this year.

Boston looks like they have the ability to be one of the best teams in the entire NHL. But if the injuries start to rack up all that can change.

But let’s not focus on the future. Let’s talk about the 3 major takeaways from the Bruins great victory over the New York Rangers on Sunday night.
