The Boston Red Sox might not be in the World Series but Eduardo Rodriguez didn’t appreciate the antics of Game 6.

Well, Game 6 was a crazy night of baseball. So crazy that Boston Red Sox pitcher Eduardo Rodriguez decided that he needed to chime in.

It was a back and forth game. Alex Bregman kicked off the scoring for the Houston Astros launching a go-ahead home run to give the team a lead over the Washington Nationals in the first inning.

Now we all know that some players love to add a little spice to their home run walks. Who can forget guys like Sammy Sosa jumping out of the box?

The more common thing nowadays is to do a nice bat flip but Bregman flipped the game on his head. He carried his bat all the way to first and gave it to the 1st base coach.

I don’t know how I feel about this move. It almost seems too low key. Next time Bregman needs to carry the bat all the way around the bases. Now that would be something.

Later on in the game, Juan Soto hit a bomb and did the exact same thing. The MLB twitter account must have been fun to watch.

There has always been a war against the new school and old school. Some people want players to go around and give handshakes after a good play while others want them to show emotion.

One player wasn’t too pleased about the celebrations on Tuesday night. Boston Red Sox pitcher Eduardo Rodriguez wasn’t pleased with what he saw.

I do understand the point that E-Rod is trying to make. Everyone should be able to show some flare not just the hitters.

But if you start yelling at batters don’t be surprised if they get mad. I know I would if I just struck out and the opposing pitcher started freaking out.

Hopefully this time next year Boston is in the World Series and Eduardo Rodriguez will be dancing and screaming for all to see.
