New England Patriots: Gregg Doyel has lost his mind
By Sam Minton
The New England Patriots latest scandal has caused some people to lose their minds. One of those being Gregg Doyle of the Indy Star.
When it comes to the New England Patriots people love to overreact. Even the NFL loves to do so.
You would have to be living under a rock to not hear about the Patriots latest “scandal.” The recording of the Bengals sideline a week before New England was going to play in Cincy.

Now that the video is out it seems more like an honest mistake. There doesn’t seem to be any malicious intent.
This definitely does look bad for New England. After Spygate, you would think that the Patriots would do a better job of making sure they didn’t break any rules.
Even though this was an accident, the New England Patriots need to have a more intensive hiring process. This guy seemed to be in way over his head.
Still, the footage didn’t yield anything worthy of a major punishment. At the most I think the Patriots get fined.
But some people smell blood in the water. They want to see the Patriots head on a spike. I introduce to the people Gregg Doyle from the Indy Star.
I guess Mr. Doyle is still bitter from the witchhunt that was deflategate. He wanted any sort of an excuse to take down the Patriots.
In Doyle’s latest article he gives his thoughts on how the New England Patriots should be punished. I honestly couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw what he wrote.
"No, at a minimum, it’s time to take games from the Patriots. At a maximum, it’s time to take the 2019 playoffs from them."
How do you not just laugh at that? He seriously wants the NFL to kick the Patriots out of the playoffs. You know while we are at it, let’s just kick them out of the NFL altogether.
If you think what the New England Patriots did was some terrible crime, you clearly have an ax to grind against the team. Just like Gregg Doyle.
