By Sam Minton
Kemba Walker is back
One of the most important things that Boston Celtics fans saw is that Kemba Walker will be just fine. Even though he missed the first scrimmage there is a reason to be optimistic.

Walker only played nine minutes but the fact that he played shows that his knee is improving. Hopefully, by the time the seeding games start he will be as close to 100 percent as possible.
In those nine minutes, Walker was able to score 6 points. Nothing special but what was more important was Walker’s play. He drove to the rim and wasn’t afraid to make plays.
The most important thing for Walker and the Celtics will be keeping him healthy. If he just gets hurt again all this work will be for naught.
Hopefully, in the next game we see Walker play more minutes and also make more of an impact on the stat sheet. If he doesn’t quickly that will put a ton of pressure on Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown. Tatum hasn’t been performing so hot so Walker will need to help out.
But Sunday was a good step in the right direction for Walker and the Celtics.
