Time for Tuukka Rask to step up
If the Boston Bruins are going to advance they need to have solid goaltending. Unless Tuukka Rask plays insanely poorly, he will be getting all the starts in the postseason.

Rask even told the media how he wasn’t taking the round-robin games that serious. He called the first round the time when the real hockey begins.
Hopefully, Rask was taking it easy during these round-robin games because he didn’t look that great. He improved as the games progressed, but especially early on he was playing poorly. He was giving up juicy rebounds and wasn’t on top of his game. If he plays like that in the postseason the B’s will be in trouble.
It’s likely that once the playoffs start that Rask will turn things around. He is coming off a great season. Rask went 26-8-6 with a 2.12 goals against average and a .929 save percentage. He was one of the best goaltenders in the NHL.
It’s time for Rask to win a Stanley Cup. He is on course to becoming the best goaltender in Bruins history. Winning a Stanley Cup would put him over the edge and cement his legacy.
If the Bruins are going to beat the Hurricanes, they will need Rask to be on top of his game.
