The first line is back

In the round-robin games, the Bruins first line was missing. They struggled to score and that got Bruins fans nervous. In Game One the first line definitley showed up.

The first line combined for six points and was a major part of the team’s success. One of the best goals of the game came in the first period. The first line ran a great play off of the faceoff. Patrice Bergeron won the draw, Brad Marchand then made a great pass to David Pastrnak who put it home.

It just showed the great chemistry that the line possesses. They are one of the best in the entire NHL.

Also, the game-winning goal was scored by the first line. Bergeron scored and gave the Bruins the lead in the series.

If the first line continues to perform like this, the Bruins will go far. At the end of the day, the first line determines how far the team goes.

As long as Boston’s first line is scoring, the Bruins have a good chance to win the Stanley Cup.
