The New England Patriots have many question marks when it comes to the offensive side of the ball, here are 3 playmakers who could solve those questions.

With Tom Brady gone, all eyes will be on New England Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels and what he can do with an offense possibly lead by Cam Newton.

Other than the intriguing quarterback battle between Newton and second-year quarterback Jarrett Stidham, the Patriots go into the 2020 NFL season with many question marks.

Some of those questions have become even more desperate for answers due to the opt outs of right tackle Marcus Cannon, tight end Matt LaCosse, fullback Danny Vitale and wide receiver Marqise Lee.

Those losses put even more emphasis on the team’s positions of need.

Can another wide receiver step up and be reliable other than Julian Edelman?

Can the Patriots get consistent tight end production out of their two drafted tight ends?

Can the running game be more of a factor even if the team has to go without Sony Michel for an extended period of time to start the season?

If those questions can be answered or even if they are not right away, it is evident that Josh McDaniels will be put to the test, especially if Cam Newton is the starting quarterback.

More of a challenge will be getting the entire offense on the same page giving the shortened time due to the COVID-19 pandemic and a new quarterback, whether Newton or Jarrett Stidham, taking over the reins from Tom Brady.

However, if the following three playmakers produce up to their potential, it could change everything for the New England Patriots offense.
