New England Patriots: Tom Brady really hates talking about Alex Guerrero
By Sam Minton
New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady abruptly ended his weekly phone interview with WEEI after he was asked about Alex Guerrero. Why can’t Brady just answer the questions?
If you are going to bring up Alex Guerrero, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady doesn’t want to talk to you. On Monday, Brady hung up on WEEI’s Kirk and Callahan after the hosts inquired about Guerrero’s presence with the team this past week.
I don’t know why Brady gets so defensive when his BFF is brought up. The questions that are being asked aren’t insane, they are smart questions.
The New England Patriots have become known for saying something without saying anything. It’s not hard to just say no comment.

The questions that Minihane asked are also positive. It’s not like he is saying there is conflict in New England. He is saying that they have a good relationship. All Brady had to say was “yeah Guerrero, and Bill Belichick have always respected each other.” See it’s not that hard.
This whole situation is just so weird. Brady has never had problems with the media. When he does this, it isn’t a good look. Especially since this is the second time it has happened.
During training camp, Brady walked off his press conference after he was asked for a comment about Guerrero being linked to Julian Edelman’s suspension. He said that the question was ridiculous and walked off.
This whole situation is just so weird and uncharacteristic from Brady. Everything seemed to be headed in the right direction with Guerrero flying with the team. It seemed like Brady’s trainer was welcomed with open arms. “Hang-up-gate” just ruins all that positivity.
Tom Brady comes out of all of this looking bad, which is definitely a first here in New England.
