1. The New England Patriots still have a running game

Week 8 made New England Patriots fans nervous about the future of the running game. They struggled without Sony Michel in Buffalo.

Week 9 was a completely different story. The Patriots running game was rather dominant.

Cordarrelle Patterson had a great game. The wide receiver turned running back was great on Sunday night. Patterson had 11 carries for 61 yards and a touchdown.

Patterson was running the ball down Green Bay’s throat. He was running over guys and looked like an actual running back. The Patriots may have found the power back they have been searching for.

James White also looked much better on Sunday night. The Patriots finally gave White a chance to run the ball and he didn’t disappoint. White had 12 carries for 31 yards and 2 touchdowns.

It looks like the New England Patriots run game will be fine. They need to make sure that they don’t rush Sony Michel back. Michel can’t afford to have another serious knee injury.

The Patriots also had another star on the offensive side of the ball.
