Terry Rozier’s name has come up in trade talks once again. With numerous NBA teams interested in the guard it is time for the Boston Celtics to trade him.

It is only November and the NBA rumor mill is already in mid-season form. The Boston Celtics have a boatload of talent on their roster, and it seems like other teams are trying to see if Boston wants to get rid of some players, specifically Terry Rozier.

Shams Charania of Stadium and The Athletic is reporting that at least seven teams have been monitoring Rozier’s status this season.

Now the Boston fans have fallen in love with Rozier. He fully embraced his “scary terry” nickname and was a major reason the Celtics did so well in the postseason.

This season hasn’t been too kind to Rozier. He is averaging 7.5 points and 4.4 rebounds. His shot selection is even worse. It seems like Rozier is still playing like Kyrie Irving is injured.

So now seems like the perfect time to trade Rozier. He is about to become a restricted free agent so the C’s should try to get something in return for him.

I bet “trader Danny” could get a draft pick and a quality player for the guard.

I love Terry, but he is only going to be a bench player in Boston. You would be lying to yourself if you don’t believe Rozier wants to be a starter.

So here are three reasons the Boston Celtics should trade Terry Rozier.
