Lane Johnson just can’t shut his mouth. The Philadelphia Eagles offensive lineman just loves talking about the New England Patriots.

We meet again Mr. Johnson. For someone who seems focused on having fun, Lane Johnson loves to complain. Especially when it involves the New England Patriots.

I won’t bore you with the details, but ever since Johnson and the Philadelphia Eagles won the Super Bowl last year, all Johnson has done is trash New England. He has said how it isn’t fun to be a Patriot and that players hate being in New England.

Yes Lane, it really sucks winning, something you and the Eagles would know nothing about. Philadelphia is 4-6 this season. That sure doesn’t sound fun.

More from Chowder and Champions

Now I will admit this season hasn’t been easy for New England. They have had there ups and downs, but at least we can guarantee they will make it to the playoffs. Philly needs a lot more help if they want to do that.

This is what Johnson had to say when asked if he would want to backtrack from his earlier comments since the Eagles are playing awful football.

"“Not really,” Johnson said. “I mean, I’m having fun playing. I’ve been in losing situations before. Everyone is going to come around and make sure to try and rub it in my face. I’ve had worse stuff than a quote come back to my face with these suspensions.”"

What a guy! A locker room leader if I have ever seen one.

That is what we call karma folks. If you hop on your high horse after winning one Super Bowl and try and tell the greatest organization in professional sports how to do things.

Is Bill Belichick a tough coach? Yes. Does Tom Brady demand a lot from his teammates? Definitely.

But it’s all worth it in the end when your team is winning. It looks like the Eagles will be on vacation while New England is in the playoffs.

Next. 3 Patriots we're buying for rest of season. dark

So please Lane Johnson, just admit you made a mistake. Because I bet if you ask any player from last years New England Patriots team which team they would prefer to be on this season, 99 percent would choose the Patriots.
