A video of an argument between Jaylen Brown and Marcus Morris arguing went viral after the Boston Celtics loss to the Miami Heat on Thursday night. It may seem troubling but there is no reason to worry.

The Boston Celtics lost a brutal game to the Miami Heat. I don’t know what it is about South Beach but the C’s struggle playing the Miami Heat on the road.

There were some positives as we saw Robert Williams change the course of the game when Brad Stevens decided to put him in. When Williams entered the game in the 3rd quarter Boston went on a 16-0 run and breathed some life into what looked like a dead team.

Now I guarantee that won’t be talked about. What will be talked about is the scuffle between Marcus Morris and Jaylen Brown on the sideline.

More from Chowder and Champions

It appeared to have been started by some poor defense from Brown. Jaylen’s shot got blocked and he was jogging back on defense like he was going for a stroll in the park. Miami ended up scoring on the transition and you could see Marcus Morris clapping almost telling Brown to get it together.

Then on the bench during a timeout, Morris and Brown had to be separated as they were in a screaming match with one another.

Now usually a fan would be concerned about this but there is no reason to be. First off do you remember Kevin Garnett? That man made Glen Davis cry like a baby on the sidelines. This shouting match is nothing.

But more importantly, this shows the will to win. The drive that a championship team needs. When someone doesn’t get back on defense you need to let them hear about it.

I’m sure Brown and Morris talked about the scuffle in the locker room after the game. In the midst of battle, your wires can cross and tempers flare, but once you come down from the high of a game, you can talk things out.

If anything I think this could be a positive for this team. Maybe this is a wakeup call that they needed. The Celtics can’t stroll in like they own the place and just expect to win because they showed up at the arena.

So don’t worry Boston Celtics fans even though it may seem bad that teammates are arguing it may jumpstart the team.
